Salad Bar

I guess this makes up for this night…

The Salad: baby potatoes, beets, baby carrots, feta cheese, hard boiled egg, bacon bits, red onion, broccoli, red bell pepppers, quinoa.

The Chicken: pounded chicken breast seasoned with salt, pepper, thyme and oregano. Seared in olive oil, finished in the oven and dressed with fresh lemon juice.

The Greens: arugula, mixed herb greens and iceburg lettuce.

The Dressing: olive oil, white vinegar, lemon juice, honey, dijon, salt, pepper, oregano.

The Face: covered in beets and quinoa.
