Toddler Guacamole

Some days we just don’t have time to make a complicated guacamole, you know: cilantro, jalapeno, garlic, lime, tomatoes, salt, pepper, onions, etc… Being a busy working mother has motivated me to change my game when it comes to making yummy snacks.  If it’s quick, uncomplicated and still tasty, that counts as a success in my books.

This guacamole showcases the true flavour of a ripe, buttery avocado and only asks for a wee bit of help from its amigos, salt and lime (added to taste).  What’s better?  After the avocado has been scooped out and cubed, it’s child labour all the way, baby!  No kidding.
