The Stanley Park Easter Train

IMG_4929IMG_4942IMG_4933IMG_4944IMG_4957IMG_4954IMG_4959IMG_4961 On Sunday afternoon we hit up the Stanley Park Easter train. The train was, as expected, a big hit with the little girls. I think for J, however, meeting the above fuzzy friend was the highlight of her day.

IMG_4972Afterwards, we stopped by the playground for some snacks and a quick play. See that bag of green stuff? Kale chips. So good. So easy to make. Thanks for getting me hooked on these, C&D. Click HERE for the recipe.

IMG_4974After the girls got their train and bunny fix, the adults went in search of coffee. As you can see, we didn’t just grab coffee. As I’ve recently learned, kids learn how to pester effectively very early on. I think it went something like this: ” Mom, I really, really, really, really, REALLY, really want a pretzel – I really do”.  And just like that, I cave.

IMG_4986 We sure loved hanging out with you guys, thanks for a great afternoon!
