The other day J bumped her head. And like any good six year old, she was being a touch on the dramatic side, but I decided to humour her. So I pulled out the little pink bear ice pack from the freezer, gave her a tea towel and told her to rest on the couch. Fast forward to the following morning, when that same little pink pack (which had now turned into a soft, gelatinous pillow, after having spent the night out of the freezer) was called into action again…since apparently her head was still hurting and she decided to take nursing into her own hands. Six, you are a funny one!
